CashCo is an iOS application that helps users track Costco purchases and identify potential price adjustments within the 30-day price protection window. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco Wholesale Corporation.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the receipt information you provide. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Price data is sourced from publicly available information and may not always reflect the price you will receive at a Costco location. We do not guarantee that any price adjustment claim will be honored by Costco.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashCo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App is the property of CashCo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
