By downloading or using CashCo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CashCo is an iOS application that helps users track Costco purchases and identify potential price adjustments within the 30-day price protection window. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco Wholesale Corporation.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the receipt information you provide. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Price data is sourced from publicly available information and may not always reflect the price you will receive at a Costco location. We do not guarantee that any price adjustment claim will be honored by Costco.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashCo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App is the property of CashCo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CashCo and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

CashCo is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco Wholesale Corporation. Costco® is a registered trademark of Costco Wholesale Corporation.
